I have made no claim about a "verbatim quotation". I have suggested that galveston75 is one of the most pessimistic and negative posters I have encountered on RHP and that he has expressed the wish that Jesus come down and wipe everybody and everything away. stellspalfie has already provided one quote which supports the suggestion that this is galveston75's hope ...[text shortened]... the hour or two it will take right now. Are you willing to wait for me to dig up the quotes?

you will need to produce something quite close to verbatim to undo the damage that has already transpired.

When you misrepresent someone's point of view we're told to chalk it down to your 'poetic license', yet when someone else does the same you go warbling on about 'THE DAMAGE that has already transpired'.

But I notice the word "Hypothesis" in the descriptions of how they think they came to exist. I know they are giving it the evolution theory theme with it but they really don't know.
It just shows how much we as humans still don't know about God's creations.
Perhaps some things like a virus that is now deadly to humans, was not originally when God created it. Maybe it is mans sins and the influance the demons had when they materialized as humans and had relations with humans that altered a normally harmless virus.
Who knows but at least we know in time God will make those things not harmful to man as is promissed in the Bible.

Thanks. You will get your apology if I cannot substantiate my characterization of your stance on how the end times that you await will solve the problems of the world as you see them.
Thread: "Last days???"
galveston75: The bible speaks of the world being destroyed not the earth. The word "world" refers to humanity, specifically the disobedient humans as being destroyed.
Thread: "What would you give up?"
FMF: You've just used the Titanic as an analogy for the end of the world being nigh: and you are "a very happy person and very happy about [your] life"?
galveston75: "You bet....... I can't wait for God and his son to get rid of wickedness and all that it implies."
Thread: "Christian Neutrality #2 "
galveston75: "The infrastructure you are speaking of is flawed as we see everyday on the news and in our own cities and towns. We as JW's are not deeply concerned with the worlds infrastructure as it is not backed by God and will all soon be wiped off the planet with God's Kingdom taking over."
Thread: "Does prayer work?"
Two Watchtower citations from 1993 and 1989 respectively. "There are billions of people who do not know Jehovah. Many of them in ignorance practice things that God's Word shows to be wicked. If they persist in this course, they will be among those who perish during the great tribulation."
And: "Only Jehovah's Witnesses, those of the anointed remnant and the "great crowd," as a united organization under the protection of the Supreme Organizer, have any Scriptural hope of surviving the impending end of this doomed system dominated by Satan the Devil."
Thread: "Has the generation of 1914 passed away?"
galveston75 quoted this scripture: “When the Son of Man returns, it will be like it was in Noah’s day. In those days before the flood, the people were enjoying banquets and parties and weddings right up to the time Noah entered his boat. People didn’t realize what was going to happen until the flood came and swept them all away. That is the way it will be when the Son of Man comes."
Thread: "Jehovahs happy people."
galveston75: "You all make it sound like a sin to be happy in ones religion that truly teaches what the Bible says about the truth of it and what a great future we will have soon with God and his son wiping this earth clean of the filth that has taken it over and curing all sickness and even death. "
