You could also ask him about what John the Baptist said concerning the coming of Christ.
"Whose winnowing fan is in His hand. And He will thoroughly cleanse His threshing floor and will gather His wheat into the barn,
but the chaff He will burn up with unquenchable fire." (Matt. 3:12)
Check with him to see if he thinks that that is also a part of the overall work of Christ. Go get em Dive!
