More poisonous Islamaphobia from the hate monger. Another thread title designed only to offend. Why would any self respecting Muslim engage in this forum with what appears to be a small and unrepresentative bunch of bigots?

Free debate and the right to annoy and even offend is something to protect against all dogmatists, but the persistent and pointless recurrence of this incitement to hatred from a poisonous toad is surely damaging to this and any other forum.

About that Abraham thing. Your god is supposed to be omniscient right? Therefore, it knew in advance Ab would have gone through with the sac, right? So why would your god have to convince itself of Ab's loyalty? It would have had to have already known. It would not have to test ANYONE's loyalty to it because it knows all things.

Are you claiming that you're receiving your instructions directly from God like Abraham did?

which begs the question - why did god bother creating anything if he knows how it would all pan out. its like reading a book or watching a film when you already know exactly whats going to happen.

So if we follow your logic, provided you announce that you have faith then you can behave in whatever way suits you. It's OK to be totally unpleasant and nasty because Abraham fell short of perfect? This sounds a mighty convenient licence to indulge yourself in whatever takes your fancy.

In your own terms you may believe yourself to be right in this assessment but even you, I am pleased to see, do not go so far as to dispute your being an obnoxious bigot.

I never claimed God was omniscient. I don't know. I know he knows more than
we could ever dream of knowing. If God knew in advance what Abraham would
do, then there is no wonder He chose Abraham. But perhaps God was not
positive of what Abraham would do since he had free will just like Satan, Adam,
and Eve. Even Mary seems to have been given the choice weither or not to
give birth to the Messiah.

P.S. Apparently Satan does not think God is omniscient.

No not at all. I sometime believe I have received some inspiration from the
Holy Spirit that points me in the right direction so I can come to the knowledge
of the truth. But it is nothing like Abrahams relationship to God.
