your second question, different from the first, note the different words,

Do I HAVE to be a member of the Jehovah's organisation in order to obtain eternal life? (your words)

please note that surviving the great tribulation and gaining eternal life are not one and the same thing, so i will ask you once again, which question is it you are asking. You don't seem to know.

I see, you don't seem to understand the term evangelising, Paul states that those who engage in it, are saving both themselves and those who listen to them. Coming with the idea of simply taking, in it for what you can get out of it, i don't think it looks very good for you. why not try to join the girl guides instead, you can make badges and cakes.
