Radiocarbon testing is unreliable and not definitive.

We have several leads to follow - Books and shrouds seem the best so far, although we have been warned that god is invisible, so cannot be seen.

Joesphw currently stands as our best bet, he has seen god everywhere! although we are still unable to pinpoint his location.

    Keep your sightings coming.

Yes, there is much evidence that radiometric dating is not accurate and no evidence to the contrary. The theory of radiocarbon dating does seem logical in theory, but it does not prove to work in practice.

If there is much evidence to support your claim, please provide some. As for "no evidence to the contrary", please know that in testing radiocarbon dating, scientists used objects of known age. How is that NO evidence that radiocarbon dating works reliably?

There are issues to consider, but these are known and taken into account, and doesn't negate (or make unreliable) all the circumstances where radiocarbon dating has been proven to work reliably.

Thank you for that underhanded death threat that incidentally has absolutely nothing to do with the post that you quoted.

You just know theists have run out of other ideas when they begin to reply in the "You'd better believe, or else..." fashion.

How is that approach working out for you?

Meanwhile, 10 AM on a Sunday here, and no God or gods sighted, except for the bag of bones that's looking at me in the mirror.

Eventhough the church is currently making an awful racket, trying to convince itself and others of its relevance. It's a bit sad.

Please Robbie, this is getting serious!! God has been missing for over two days. When should we start to worry? How long before we go to the police?

I was hoping we could put together his/her/its lasts movements, this could help us know where to start looking.

    No, not like the Bible.

If your life was on the line and you had to choose between a radiocarbon dating machine and the Word of God, which would you choose?

    Psalm19:7-9
The law of the LORD [is] perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD [is] sure, making wise the simple.
The statutes of the LORD [are] right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD [is] pure, enlightening the eyes.
The fear of the LORD [is] clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD [are] true [and] righteous altogether.

    It's not God that's missing, it's you!
