    If all are welcome there is no choosing going on by the one who put the writing on the door and therefore, those who enter have not been "chosen". Find a decent dictionary and your obvious confusion may be alleviated.

    I suppose you could add the text "Only those that enter will be chosen" below "All are welcome".
