In your bible, your alleged god gets really pissed. And that for a few tribes that can't muster the power to change anything world wide.
Now, humans are destroying the entire ecosystem built up over billions of years and this god of yours that you admit got REALLY pissed a few thousand years ago, is now silent in light of the absolute damage humans are c ...[text shortened]... and subjugating women. All wrapped up with 'free will' and a gracious loving god.
Bollocks.

Dude, let's break it down so you fully understand the difference.
1. What you believe to be true, is true for 'YOU.' (Based on evidence 'YOU' find compelling).- Correct.
2. Because 'YOU' find something compelling doesn't make it true to everybody else. Indeed, the thing you believe to be true could just as easily be untrue. - Also correct.
3 ...[text shortened]... correct truth, because you personally find it compelling, is a nonsense. - Once again, correct.

I think because of the evidence around us we can confidently say 2 things;
1. Certain Creator gods do not exist.
2. The possibility of any Creator god(s) existing is so small that it is for all practical purposes zero.

That's a straight response to the dickhead's use of the the deliberately provocative term 'catboy'. I make no apologies for sinking to his level.
And as for countering his argument, that's all been done, I don't feel like doing it again.
We're not . as you say this has been talked through before and the players have shown their true colours.

Yet converts happen every day.
Being one of the more perspicacious Christians here (slim pickings) perhaps you can explain to FetchmyJunk/2nd account, that just because an individual is convinced something is true doesn't make it true for everyone in any universal or absolute sense. - He really does seem to be struggling with this.

THAT is the arrogance of the human race or species speaking. We are so overwhelmingly arrogant we think we are the most important life form in the entire universe and history proves that fact where there was a time when we thought we were in such a special place that Earth was THE center of the universe and the entire universe rotates around US.
Freak th ...[text shortened]... omplex that we are SO important NO life form on Earth deserves to live and if they die, Oh Well.
you come up with that god would and should care about on your own and act like that is
the gospel, because it makes sense to you. I think the god you talk about is very distant
and uncaring, has his head stuck up his butt. While the God I'm telling you about spans
the universe, the universe cannot even contain Him, the God I'm telling you about is all
knowing, so there isn't a proton He isn't fully aware of, a cell in any life form, He numbers
the very hairs on our heads, and He does care about us. He isn't limited by time as we
are, while we are stuck in now, He is the Alpha and the Omega the beginning and the end.
So every spot in the universe is a special place, since God is always giving it His full
attention and watching how it relates to the rest of the universe, as He watches the whole
thing at the same time with the same knowledge.
