Yes, because those who accepted Christ and who believe in Him will have their sins forgiven. Those who have not done that, won’t.
Do you understand anything about the New Covenant and the purpose of Jesus Christ’s blood sacrifice?

It has nothing to do with professions of faith with the mouth which is meaningless to God.
God looks on the heart and that is what is referenced numerous times in Scripture, as well as in Romans 10:9.
