Originally posted by FMF I am not sure which bits of what you are saying here apply to me, but if you are accepting that I was once a Christian and that I am now longer one, and that this does not mean - for you - that I was "never a Christian", then that's good.
I think if I replied we would just repeat what each of us has said already,
I'm happy to disagree move on. 🙂

What is it you disagree about?
You said this:
If you are telling me Jesus Christ and you had a relationship, that you knew
Him and now find Him unworthy of following, okay in my eyes I accept what
you are saying, but I feel what I told you will remain true as far as what
Jesus is going to say.
You accept what I say, right?
As for "I feel what I told you will remain true as far as what Jesus is going to say", well, I accept and agree that you feel that.

I accept what you say, too. However, I still have the free will to believe it is a lie
and the freedom to express that belief. You also have the free will to accept the
lie and the freedom to repent of your sins and ask the Lord for forgiveness.
HalleluYah!!!

What does saying that you believe I am a liar actually achieve? What is its purpose?
Originally posted by FMF What does saying that you believe I am a liar actually achieve? What is its purpose?
It achieves propably the same thing that those who called me a liar did.
You have the opportunity to think about it. Then you can confront your
accusers and try to convince them otherwise by denial. You can accept
the accusation as true and ask forgiveness.
P.S. I will no longer accuse you. This is enough for me to see that you
consider this no small matter. You know the truth, so deal with it.
Originally posted by FMF What does the fact that you have been exposed as a cheat at chess have to do with your response to my revelation that I used to be a Christian?
You see me as a cheat in chess.
I see you as a liar about having been a true Christian.
You know the truth about your Christianity.
I know the truth about my chess.

It's not just me. It's virtually the entire chess community - as represented by those who posted to this thread: Thread 145363... where your attempts to explain away the evidence have made you a laughing stock. You accepted the analysis that you were using a chess engine, did you not? What was discovered and what you said is clear for all to read. Can we not take you at your word?

I was born [as they say] and raised a Catholic and spent 28 years of my life as Christian before "realizing" [from my point of view] that it was both a mistake and misguided. You reckon I am lying about it? It's seems like a rather odd accusation. On another thread you're making a "joke" about firing nuclear missiles at the country where I live. What is matter with you?

I can understand more now since you were raised a Catholic. I suppose that
means Roman Catholic. I don't think I could take that either.

So what about this strange accusation of "lying" you have directed at me? Is it just personal animosity that makes you make such claims on the forum? I would have thought just about everybody here just takes me at my word. What's the matter with you?

You ask, "What's the matter with you?
I am a human, waiting and hoping for salvation through my faith in the Lord Jesus, the Christ.

Well, I am baffled, frankly, by your accusation that I am lying about my faith earlier in my life. What is the purpose of claiming that another poster is "lying" about his or her spiritual life, past and present? What do you hope to achieve by it? Have you achieved it already?

Yes, whatever it was I hoped to acheive has been achieved in my opinion, so
there is no more I need to say about your lying. I am satisfied and can move
on to other topics. HalleluYah !!! 😏
