Then why do it in such a nasty, alienating, and spiritually twisted way? You give off no "Good News" vibe, RJHinds. None. You give off negativity. You take delight in circular arguments. You surely alienate people from Christ just as Dasa has probably alienated more people from the Vedas than he has attracted. You should reflect on the online persona you have chosen for yourself and its effect.

The truth of the Holy Bible is not easy for all people to take. I am not
going to sugar coat it to make it seem sweeter, when in reality it is a
bitter pill to take, yet it is good news to those that do.

It is not perfectly okay for insults to be hurled at Christians. I have never "hurled insults" at you, or anyone else, because they are a Christian. That is flat out not true. I wonder if you'll retract it.

So basically you are only concerned in a portion of the truth (the portion that deals with JC and christianity)?
May I suggest that there is more to truth than just what is in the bible. A great deal more. And I would add to that that it is quite pertinent to consider the WHOLE truth and not just bits and pieces of it( to have a sound understanding of ...[text shortened]... believe you do by only talking about JC and the christian god (and ONLY other related topics)

There you go again, making up things I did not say. I wish you would try
to understand what I am actually saying rather than turning my words
into something else so you can attack me.

Originally posted by RJHindsYeah, you cant deal with all the truth in the universe, I'm not asking that of you. What I would like you to CONSIDER is the scientific point of view when dealing with spiritual matters. (And not that Behe guy. Forget about him, he's too contreversial ,at best. Why not consider some conventional scientific thought (apply it to your religion), and go from there).
Right. I can not possibly deal with all truth throughout the universe.
I wish to concentrate on what is most important to us all before we
die in the flesh and have to face judgment before God.

Originally posted by RJHindsI see your point. But I do not believe that conventional scientific thought is misleading people when it comes to the origins of life. They dont have the full answer, I will admit that, but that is not to say that they are not on the right track.
I believe the conventional scientific thought, as you call it, is misleading
people when it comes to the origin of life and how humans came into
existence. So I have already considered it and have dismissed it. Some
scientist in Biology, like Behe, have realized that what they had accepted
as truth without question is not true on investigation. Evolut ...[text shortened]... uestion it because of the fear of being
excommunicated from that religious group of scientists.

I am assuming you are a "Young Earth Creationist". Are you? (I would like to know this before we continue)

It's true. There's been nothing but junk in here for weeks. The last person out, turn off the lights.
