Ah time to bring on the ad hominems, you're doing great.
It might be an ad-hominem, if I were actually arguing with you, but I am not. I was discussing something with KellyJay and you waded in with an irrelevant comment. I am not interested in arguing against your irrelevant position. Despite being informed of that however, you continue in your all-too-familiar manner, s**tposting incessantly despite having left the subject of the debate behind half a page ago. And you really are a very boring troll. Sorry if you find that insulting, but it's just true.

This is a public discussion board, not a private message board. I believe my comment was relevant. Obviously you claiming that it is irrelevant doesn't just automatically make it so.

Me and several other people got into A LOT of trouble, and I asked God to get me out of it. He did, I went to church and got baptized on a Sunday, and went back to my old life on Monday; however, from that point on I started talking to God off and on, I still didn't know anyone who was saved. Then I felt Him calling me so I looked for someone to help me out ...[text shortened]... , I called went over got saved and baptized in the Holy Spirit. That happened over 30 years ago.
I'm pleased for you Kelly.

It is indeed a public message board. And if you would like to argue with somebody else, you go right ahead and give it your best shot. Not me though as I find your trollish 'arguing' too dull. (edit, and also, in this instance, irrelevant)

You are neither the first nor the last to call someone a troll when you are unable to refute their argument.

-Removed-
At least you make up for my blemish by being a genuinely nice guy.

Wish I could say the same for you. He is the very best part of life.

I have not tried to refute your 'argument'. And your posting behaviour is the very definition of trolling.

Ghost of a Duke: You're a charlatan.

You don't make a lot of sense to me saying that, considering our previous discussions. Why would you be happy I found someone that you completely reject as being real? You delight in what you must think are delusional experiences? You are happy i've had a rich fulfilling life while being delusional?

Don't be so brittle and insecure. I don't know for sure if Ghost of a Duke sees it like I do, but I am pleased for you if your religious beliefs give you solace and a sense of purpose - or structure - and if they help you to come to terms with the inevitability of death by making you feel 'death is not the end'.

That's the craziest thing ever: why should his solace bring you any comfort at all.
What in there-is-no-God-ergo-there-is-no-purpose-that-God's name is comfort?

Because I harbour no ill will for him or for his religious beliefs so if they should happen to bring him happiness and contentment, then good for him.
