The notion that Lucifer = Jesus is ridiculous when you consider that Lucifer is first of all a Latin name and secondly was part of Roman Mythology and not Judeo/Christian Mythology in the first place.
Did you even read the article?
It was a confluence of factors that led to the misattribution of Lucifer for Satan. The word 'Lucifer'
ought not even appear in any modern translation of the Bible; the term 'morning star' is the preferred
translation.
The article and no one here is suggesting that Satan = Jesus, but that Lucifer Satan. As KellyJay
said, Jesus is the 'second' morning star as far as any sensible reading of Scripture is concerned. To
rely on a mistranslation made a dozen generations after the first Christians and perpetuate it is
absurd.

Either you have a reason or you don't, if you think something is so
self evident everyone can see you should be able to identify it rather
quickly, if you cannot you are just blowing smoke and calling it
sunshine.

I can handle it....no worries there..... its just utter nonsense....does everything have to have a reason????!!!!!

Actually, you can't handle it, so you are electing to merely ignore it and deny it. Such a theological
posture is shameful; an informed and intelligent faith is the only one worth having.

Nemesio is probably in thetop three theologian scholars here on RHP. If I was to construct a list of people that have studied their faith academically you would be several hundred places below him. If you took the time to listen and learn you'd gain an awful lot.
