Okay Scott,
you are breathng God's air (air doesn't evolve) aren' you?
If not you must be dead...which is it Scott??????
God's existance is easy to prove.
To have faith in God is the hard part, but I can see you're on your way.
Nosrac
You're missing the point though.
You assume that God exists and that everything around us is proof of that.
We don't.

You don't have to use another for change vs. evolution.
God created all things.
If He created a virus then it has all the power God gave it.
Who knows how much or how little that is?????
A virus spreads. So does Christianity.
Do we call one evolution and the other not????
NO!
The virus spreads because of the attributes God gave it.
Chr ...[text shortened]...
is to ask the Lord for wisdom.
I pray that the Holy Spirit is with all of you...everyday.

Wait...
Your last post said:
"We don't."
We don't exist??????????????????????????
Somehow I think that that all of us: creationists and evolutionists
alike will agree that we all exist.
You state this as if it were crystal clear - God created everything because everything exists.
I don't believe that.
I believe there is no god.
I believe there is no supernatural being.
I believe what exists are the natural objects, forces and energies of the universe.
There is nothing else.
You disagree and ask me to prove that you are wrong.
I clearly can't do that.
But neither can you prove I'm wrong.
You say ah but the existence of everything and the words in a book are proof.
That's not acceptable to me.
It might satisfy you and your friends, but not me.

Show me the money.
EDIT: What an edifying discussion this has been on how evolution does not conflict with religion. I'm so glad that this somehow reached the relevant topic of free will. Well I guess if evolution implies reductionism and reductionism precludes free will, then evolution must negate religion. But somehow I don't think that's how it went.
