Jesus unambiguously preached mercy and forgiveness. These are supposed to be cardinal virtues of the Christian faith. Speaking of which, the Nazis had a fabulous social outreach. They stole from the top 4% of the wealthy in Germany and stole from the Jews and conquered lands, and then redistributed it amongst their base that they relied on to maintain power. The German people had a high standard of living as a result with free medical and social services and free education etc. However, today the modern day liberal steals from successive generations as the mounting debt takes more and more of their future wealth.
I have no problem with charity, in fact, I would support anyone who decided to give.......unless they were barrowing money that was not theirs and that they knew that they could never pay back. For you see my dear Robbie, that is theft.

Christ was not interested in the poor, Christ is portrayed as a warrior and therefore war is justified, he brought a sword and not peace, he was violent, he was not interested in rehabilitation, its all about personal salvation forget other people,

I'll be honest my views are changing a bit...I still love my country but I'm not so sure that our dealings in the world have wrought the best circumstances and if our leaders are hypocritical then it does not help. Don't get me wrong I want to see America be a force for true good in the world but I know this is not always the case. Jesus really does not care anything about our national origin any Christian saying otherwise is off a bit.
