Come on, even I think so.
As far as I am concerned you are no different than they are. Actually you are worse since you claim to be a Christian but you are no different than them.

Lol you mean you actually care about the thumbs thing? I was wondering what td means to me it means touchdown.

The thumbs just means I hate that person which is not the original intent of the system but people have taken it as a way of abusing other people. Do not worry about the possible contribution. The td has nothing to do with the actual conversation. It is simply an attempt by lesser people to drive me away so they can belittle and put down without anyone saying anything.

I thought it’s not your place to judge other people? Or do you believe it is your place?

Read your Bible and you will see the one group Christians are to judge are those who claim to be Christian.

moonbus is not a Christian, yet you passed your judgment upon him.
Bit of hypocrisy there, hmmm.

I said he was being a rude jerk phrasing things in abusive ways and belittling his sister's beliefs.

It is a very common practice around here where some use it as a form of entertainment. Yet when applied to family members just causes grief and if not avoided simply acting as if the family member does not exist.

You are so tone-deaf.

The sister has already accepted the exchange, and even thought better, of her brother, after it happened.

That just leaves you, haplessly trolling on an internet forum, about an "issue" that exists only in your own mind.

Moonbus said they got along as long as the topic of religion is avoided. If things were actually ok then the topic of religion would not need to be avoided.

False.

Avoidance of unproductive topics is actually healthy, socially.

No topic is more important than a good relationship.

If you actually have a good relationship you can talk about anything. If you must avoid some topics it is because there is something wrong.

If you cannot help but be abusive and belittling about certain topics then of course those topics muat be avoided.

You got to experience this first hand. You cannot have a relationship with a Christian if you are actually going to talk about a religious topic because you must believe your point of view must be accepted as fact.

Again, false.

In a good relationship, certain contentious topics have been recognized as not worth the trouble by both parties.

Only if you must be right and must have the other person agree with you. If you respect the other person and respect the other person's right to believe as he does then you can discuss anything.

But if you are not able to do this then you must avoid certain topics.
