How long did Trump have unclassified documents before he sent some to NARA outing himself?
so we are just taking their word that this is all that were there? why no raid?
This is not just about biden having sci documents. It is about biden being compromised by china, and one of his schemes being discovered.
He is selling our info to china, and who all else is unknown at this point.

Biden didn’t accuse Trump of doing anything, the fact is that Trump did it.
Looking at the two scenarios in detail it’s clear, even to an idiot, that the Biden scenario is not even in the same ball park, just thoughtless stupidly at worst

Maybe he should be given the benefit of the doubt although he is guilty of mishandling state property regardless of intent
It seems the system for the handling of state documents needs an overhaul. I can’t believe that they don’t have to be signed out and back in or accounted for in some way

@kevcvs57 saidHandling Top Secret documents is not something you can do without all of the proper clearances, moreover, even with the proper clearances if you mishandle them there are no brainfart provisions that allow for that. You will be held accountable, at least if the laws are not ignored you will be.

All misdemeanours and crimes are judged in context and severity so the idea that Bidens mistake is the same as trumps refusal to hand them back or even admit to what he was holding is partisan to say the least.

My other point is that these sort of state documents should not be able to be left in an office for untold amounts of time without an audit picking up that they were missing or still in active use by the person that took them out
