Georgia has been trying to get into NATO for a long time. Russia could not allow this on their boarder. They just needed an excuse to enter Georgia and Georgia was dumb enough to fire the first shots. They were hoping the US and Nato would come to their aid. Georgia may as well kiss their independence goodby. The oil pipeline is now under Russian control. Imagine that!
Oh yeah, Austrailia has just been pronounced the fattest nation on earth with GB close behind the US.
