What on Earth are you babbling on aboot, man?
Well, you mentioned above about providing people medical aid who need it. So if there are two people in a line, one legally in the line and one not, and you only have medical aid enough for one of them, we would naturally give it to the person who is legally in the line. A lot of the posts of you guys ignore those distinctions when you write your posts, which leave your post dangling in the air, which is what I mean when I say you never close your posts, you say something that is not complete.
Bad Karma.

Can you please explain what supporting a clean temporary funding bill means, and how long it kicks the can down the road before both sides are locked into the same stand-off again. What's the point if they only postpone matters a little?
Of course. It is a budget Bill. The Democrats have jumped into the fray and caused major upheaval by mentioning healthcare in involving people from other countries you are not legally in this country. I don’t know how I could make it simpler.

This post by Mott is an example of making distinctions as to the legal status of people affected by the bill and by medical healthcare in this country.
Libs think we are all in the same family sitting around the same table. You could be not more wrong.

You might like Canada better and they speak English most everywhere in Canada.
ANYONE gets sick in Canada, NO QUESTIONS LIKE are you a citizen? Have you sold children? Do you sell drugs?

I guess you HATE that idea of an entire country SO STUPID they want to make health care available to EVERYONE inside Canada, citizen or not.
So you think selling children is acceptable?

A problem with "debating" right wingers is that no matter how many times they are shown something their propaganda machine told them isn't so, they still insist on believing the lie.

That nothing in the Democratic proposals at issue now would expand health care to undocumented immigrants is a truth these gullible fools choose to ignore.

You would give it to the person who needs it most. So children before adults, etc.

The right to health, safety, etc. far exceeds pathetic laws about where a person is allowwd to reside.

Oh, just in case you really hold a different belief, it’s factual. It’s called international law (i.e. treaties). They are higher than national law.

Jist sayin’, you fellars sometimes need a bit of schooling…

Give Sonhouse five stars for saying illegal immigrants instead of randomly saying immigrants. thank you sonhouse.
so let me get this straight. You are saying that illegal immigrants are not a problem. You should start a separate thread on that one, so that we can shred it.
THE GOVERNMENT IS SHUT DOWN and all you can think about are illegals?

Well OF COURSE, I have already sold 240 of the bastards. 20K bucks for each one....

Common sense dictates that we don't trust what leftists say.

Is it true that federal Medicaid dollars and ACA subsidies are not supposed to go to illegals? Yes!

But:

Do Democrats want to fund healthcare for illegals? Yes they do, they all raised their hands.

Do Democrat run states currently fund healthcare for illegals? Yes they do.

https://www.newsweek.com/states-offering-health-coverage-undocumented-migrants-2077861

Is money fungible? Why yes, yes it is.

Are Democrats trying to roll back provisions in the OBBB that limited eligibility for health benefits to U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, Cuban and Haitian entrants, and lawful residents under the Compact of Free Association, thereby stopping eligibility for illegal aliens and other aliens that are here on a temporary basis? YES THEY ARE.

You make comments which you imply universally apply to everyone on the planet. That is what you are saying. You are saying international law and treaties dictate that all countries would give anything to anyone that needs it. The word need is subjective., man. If there is a church down the street where my friend goes, who gives the church $100,000 a year tithing,, and an illegal Mexican comes into get the last Covid shot that exists in the town, only one of them can have the shot. They are equally as sick. One is totally accepted and qualified to be sitting in that church. One is not.
Tell us about the rights of each person. From whom do the rights come? Is the church member’s right more than the so-called right of the Mexican person? Or do you pick the person who came illegally into the country where the church is…
I could keep writing , but it could not be more plain. It

, Democratic proposals for healthcare often focus on expanding coverage, reducing costs, and increasing accessibility. This includes policies like expanding Medicaid, lowering the Medicare eligibility age, and sometimes even pushing for a single-payer system. The goal is typically to make healthcare more affordable and accessible to everyone.

I pulled this off of ChatGPT. Is she just as wrong as rain?
And you think that WE are a problem!!!!!

Sunhouse, what if we did not think about illegals?!?!. What if you had a fenced in backyard and dogs from all over the neighborhood were getting into your backyard. Eating your dog food. Blah blah blah. Are you just going to go play golf and not think about invading dogs?
Please answer, and do not pull a Susie and say people are not dogs. These are the types of issues that go right over your head.
