You can champion whatever you like but the Arabs living in Palestine have no just cause, and what they are now experiencing is the end result of 75 years of stupidity and poor decisions on their part. They are a failed people. They were given a reasonably fair share of Palestine in 1948, but they refused that. Instead they wanted all of Palestine, which is not theirs, and chose war with the Jews. The situation worsened for them over the las 75 years or so and now they have no chance of ever getting a separate state. That option is now off the table, and it serves them right.
If I had to predict what is their fate now, I would guess that the Arab Palestinians are about to be scattered all over the Mid East, while those who chose to stay will live under the Jews.

interesting, that a people who have lived in that land for centuries cannot claim the land as theirs. But a bunch of wsterners who have never seen that land before they arrived, has claim to it, just because the Bible said so???
Palestine contained several groups. There were Arabs, Jews and a mixture of Chinese and Spanish who lived there for centuries. In fact if you want to go far back the Jews lived there as a nation prior to everyone else, so the Jews owned it first. Several empires came and went over the last 2000 years, and Palestine was always a region under the control of some other empire. It was never an Arab state.
I never said anything about the bible. You did. But if you want to bring that into the equation then Yes the Bible said that the Jews will return to their land and nobody will be able to move them. If you cannot see that is actually happening now then you need to open your eyes. Maybe if the Arabs had opened their eyes 75 years ago they would all be living in peace in Israel. Ask the 2,000,000 Arabs living in relative peace and prosperity in Israel.
Can any Jew live in peace in any Arab country?

2. There were several groups in Palestine prior to the British taking over in 1915. The two major groups wanted separate portions and could not live in peace. The British then, with the approval of the UN partitioned the land between them. Sounds reasonable to me. The Jews accepted their portion and it was the Arabs that started the war because they wanted all of Palestine. If this is not historically correct then please present your findings to the contrary.
3. The Jews were driven out by the Romans. They did not leave voluntarily, and they did not all leave. A portion of them remained thoughout the 2000 years.

And those jews never created a problem - they lived happily for centuries under Ottoman rule. They didnt ask for partition either. Never wanted a separate country even. The "settler" jews on the other hand, the ones bitten by the zionist bug, are the ones creating all the problems.
