If a law says you cannot walk here, and a cop is assigned by his superiors to watch that spot, he will naturally have to react if a person continues walking back-and-forth there, maybe giving him the finger which I think happened 6 1/2 days ago to somebody. So Sonhouse and I agree on something, that the cop has to react. So part two of this post is for Sonhouse and average Joe to know what is a proper reaction. Let us assume the cop told him to stop walking there. He gives the finger, And the cop goes to step two and maybe pushes him away. Now we have what Sunhouse Calls Cruelty. Am I right so far. If not, tell us what would be cruel. Without mentioning Trump.
