@no1marauder saidThere is no doubt he is illegal and killed three family members without even caring about it, with California’s stupidity and sanctuary bs…
Bragging about how many sources you looked at with incorrect information isn't impressive debating.
There doesn't seem to be any dispute about the fact that he has applied for refugee status and that his case has been ongoing for about 7 years. That makes his presence in the US legal until an immigration judge decides otherwise. Any and all media reports saying otherwi ...[text shortened]... , left and right, usually does a terrible job reporting legal issues) or parroting false propaganda.
After receiving his cdl somehow, not knowing how to speak, read, or write english or understand the driving laws?, he should be a professional driver???
@no1marauder saidTake this for instance, marauder says that average Joe’s comment is bigoted. You have an a person who has a I’lllegally broken into this country, invaded., bringing his culture with him, which allows for what he and all of his people do in THEIR cultures…..people Suzianne calls our brothers!!!!
It's a comment regarding AJ's idiotic, bigoted comment.
Go Sue and marauder. Marauder, why don’t you do a thread and tell us how my talking of an illegal alien autonomies me a bigot. Or write it here.
Can’t wait to see it. Illegal alien, man. See the light. Bringing their culture here. See the light.
@no1marauder saidHere, what in the hell is this deflecting patter about? Would everyone go back to the topic. Thank you very much.
That's not what the article says. For one thing, it says his hearing was rescheduled in 2020 to April 2021.
Trump's been President for almost 7 months now and he wasn't deportated.
@AThousandYoung saidZzzzzz
American citizens were imprisoned in jails and tortured by neglecting their biological need for water by immigration enforcement for committing no crime and not given a chance to prove their identity.
Every time I’ve been stopped by law enforcement the first thing they do is check my identity. ICE are illegal police who kidnap Americans for no reason other than their race.

@AverageJoe1 saidThe subject being how we shouldn't allow immigrants in our country if they come from different cultures?

Indian immigrant households in the US have twice the median income of native born households and half the poverty rate.https://www.workingimmigrants.com/2025/01/indians-in-the-us-a-thriving-and-growing-community/#:~:text=Income%20is%20higher:%20In%202023,percent%20of%20the%20native%20born.
@no1marauder saidActually, if you read it in a liberal fashion, it is saying to be very wary of people that have different cultures. Is that so hard for you liberals to understand, that if you put a bunch of chickens in the same pan with a bunch of pigs, they will not matriculate so easily. What if the chickens wear masks, Marauder??? Jesus.
Read the OP which ignorantly suggests we shouldn't allow any Indian immigrants because their "culture" is different from ours.
The accident is certainly tragic and if he is found to be criminally at fault he should be punished severely. The fact he is an Indian national seeking asylum and/or refugee status should have no bearing on that, however.
@AThousandYoung saidOMG she SAYS she didn't get a drink of water.

Wow.
Odd how everyone else had access to water.
Ever heard of someone LYING?
@Cliff-Mashburn saidYes. ICE lie all the time. For example they lied about getting punched by Adrian Martinez.

@no1marauder saidYou seem to be a dancing around the customs of this particular culture that is invaded our land. If all the colonials were living peacefully, all along the east and a bunch of Indians started to mix in with these English people. I think you will agree that there would’ve been some serious problems. So why don’t you Compare such goings on 250 years ago with what goes on at our southern border, and now throughout our country? You would not stand a chance.

@AverageJoe1 saidI think we can agree that you're an ignorant bigot.

@no1marauder saidIn colonists analogy just above…….. marauder, if you are going to say that, you will now tell us what the colonist would have been as they regarded all of those different colored Indians coming through town.
I think we can agree that you're an ignorant bigot.
Would you say they would have been racist or bigot? What would they be, as they did things that you have never heard of before as they came through our towns. What would you call them. Would you call them bigot? you’re calling me a bigot.
A great exercise, tell us why they would not be bigot, but I am a bigot. I have the hardest time asking the simplest of questions.
Or if you say, they were bigot, would they have been justified for being bigot, or what would they have been justified to be, because they certainly would not be holier than thou.

Harjinder Singh is an Indian-origin man who entered the United States illegally in 2018 by crossing the southern border into California. He was arrested by Border Patrol two days after entering the US. During expedited deportation proceedings under the Trump administration, Singh claimed he was scared to return to India, which led to his release on a $5,000 immigration bond in 2019. Since then, he has been in immigration proceedings.
Despite his illegal entry, Singh was granted work authorization in June 2021 during the Biden administration and obtained a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) in California. California issues driver's licenses regardless of immigration status. Singh drove a semi-truck that caused a fatal accident in Florida in August 2025, leading to three deaths. He was arrested and is facing three counts of vehicular homicide and immigration violations. Following his state prosecution, he is expected to be transferred to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody for deportation.
Thus, Harjinder Singh is currently in the US illegally, making him an illegal alien by definition, but he has legal work authorization and a driver's license due to his pending immigration process and policies in California and at the federal level.
@Rajk999 saidYes, I’ve seen this, he is illegal.

@Rajk999 saidSorry about your ignorance, but someone who claims refugee or asylum status because of a fear of persecution and enters legal immigration proceedings to determine the validity of that claim is not here illegally no matter what Fox News and NY Post headlines tell you.
