If you could explain why signature ID now required in the 14 States that don't have Photo ID laws is insufficient (you haven't even tried) maybe they'd bother to. Until then, you just have to accept that certain States don't feel it is desirable to unnecessarily toss burdens on citizen voters for no good reason.

I say that there is not, that this is a city matter. The deal at hand is the city requiriing adminstrative registration for a CITY job. It is not some nationwide legal law or rule. Requiring the 5 forms, by the city, is paperwork to register as a (city) worker, it is not a federal law or a federal rule or mandate. It is simply NYC (Mamdani) requiring 5 forms. Whew.

I asked a simple question i.e. if you get your way and birthright citizenship is eliminated, how would a voter prove they are a citizen? What document would suffice?
