@PuzZuLz saidFunny how having the death penalty doesn’t lower crime rates then. Isn’t it?
Not with the Pike case.
Pike deserves torture and death like she did to that girl.
Your method lets killers know they can harm and will never be harmed.
That's weak. And don't threaten me when you've proven you are the weak type.
@shavixmir saidThat was 20 years ago. I was like 25 or something and brand new here and if I knew how you were then, I most definitely would have punched your dick loose.
We’ve already had meet ups.
In London.
But your kind generally isn’t really the sort people want to hang around with.
@shavixmir saidLet me know if you want a list of criminals, pedophiles, rapist and murderers who were released back into society and continued on with their raping and killing. Apparently turning the other cheek is to support your sick friends who deserve to be executed.
Yeah… I’ve heard that before, but I suggest to you, sometimes it’s better to turn the other cheek.

@shavixmir saidIt would if they didn't wait 30 years and they did it within 3 years and on tv.

28 years?
Inhumane.
A man was exonerated after 41 years on death row. So at least he to live as a free man before dying.
One issue is that some technology like DNA analysis were not around at the time of conviction for some of the inmates, or at least not as advanced as today. Advancements in crime-scene tools allowed for many of them to go free.
Arguably, it would be worse if were found an innocent man were put to death before evidence was found that could free him, even if takes 30 years.
@shavixmir saidThe purpose of the death penalty has nothing to do with reducing crime rate. It is to remove the criminal from society so that he cannot rape or kill again. Plus it saves millions of $$$ in incarceration costs.

@vivify saidThere are many cases where the guilt is 100% certain. In these cases the death penalty should be carried out immediately.

@the-grifter saidI'd be the guard that aims for the face.
in Utah we use the firing squad.
they all die.
ten rifles, nine with real bullets.
fired at close range.
no problem.

@PuzZuLz said"No question" can be rather subjective.
@vivify
The cases where their is no question shouldn't take 30 years.
The case of Robert DuBoise, convicted of raping and murdering a 13 yr old, was thought to be an open-and-shut case involving experts. This was back in the 80s. Years later, DNA evidence exonerated him.
He's a prime example of how belief there's "no question" of guilt can be wrong.
@the-grifter saidYou should re-arrange your firing squads into a circle.
