They are handcuffing citizens, and then beating them up, and then taking them to detention centers without citing a crime. ICE has decided that there are people living in the US that should not be treated like people. A base of humans beneath us. That is obvious from all the footage and personal accounts coming out of Minneapolis. The masked armed men emboldened to commit crimes and not face accountability are coming.
