Catch 22, the ICE is caught up in the chaos because your peers cause the chaos which they are caught up in, their activities are to fight back your peers while they try to carry out the orders which your peers are trying to thwart, which are orders to grab illegal people, when your people want at the same time for ICE to free the illegal people, which is the reason ICE is there and the reason your peers are there. So each causes discorse for the other, as your peers are trying to stop the exact chaos that they have created by causing ICE to defend themselves as they attempt to arrest illegal people, when in fact your peers are breaking the law in the process of trying to free lawbreakers.

They are handcuffing people and then beating them up in the streets while wearing masks to shield their identity. They beat up citizens, not criminals. There is no interpretation of what they're doing that involves self defense. You want to absolve that sin?
