He already said that, he will pull out all the stops he can, all the cheating he can to win in spite of losing the electoral count, assuming K wins.
In 2020, he filed SIXTY law suites trying to prove massive fraud and lost every case, but the difference now is an ultrarightwingnut SCOTUS out to do Trump's bidding. Anything coming up the court circuit and ending on their door, all bets are off, just look at SCOTUS for Gore V Bush.
Scotus just DECIDED Bush won and they could do exactly the same thing here and the only way we can beat them to the punch is for dems to make a HUGE difference, say 320 electoral counts, not just 270. Sure 270 wins but with a race split where she wins by a percent or so, it gets a lot closer to SCOTUS time.
