I was born in TX in 1955. I well remember segregated restrooms: "Blacks" and "Whites only." Suppose a person with gender dysphoria has treatment and feels better, and wants to be labelled "a woman" because that now matches what the person always felt before treatment. By 1967, the US had passed the Civil Rights Act of 1964, thank God, long overdue.
