In regards to the Pfizer vaccine:
Herd immunity doesn't happen when the vaccine doesn't give immunity to the virus. Let me make this clear. THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THE PFIZER VACCINE GIVES IMMUNITY TO THE VIRUS. That means NO HERD IMMUNITY, so of course they say continue wearing masks. They know the virus is going to keep spreading even if all people were to get the vaccine. The vaccine is merely intended to prevent the symptoms, NOT the virus!
Keep in mind that Covid 19 is NOT a virus.

Just what the HELL are you smoking? IT IS A VIRUS. WHAT THE FLOCK DO YOU THINK IT IS? A BACTERIA?
Jebesus, you are just a FOUNTAIN of misinformation.
@no1marauder saidYeah, he did get the super expensive Regeneron, which later medicos said doesn't have any effect on Covid.
Actually, he got the Regeneron cocktail which hadn't been approved for public use. https://www.washingtonpost.com/health/2020/11/21/regeneron-fda-clearance/
@joe-shmo saidEerie how little your talking points have changed despite your catastrophically incorrect projections.
I had a friend that lost their father ( in his 60's), they stayed away from him for the last couple months because of fakkking COVID and he died of something else ( NOT COVID ). That is happening all the time now. Young people are committing suicide right and left losing their employment, businesses, etc...The elderly need healthy young people to care for them or they will ...[text shortened]... not nearly as simple as "shut it down" as you think it is.
Don't tell me what I know sonhouse.
You're not a "realist"; you're a stubborn ghoul.
@dood111 saidActually the New England Journal of Medicine published a study just yesterday:
Yeah, he did get the super expensive Regeneron, which later medicos said doesn't have any effect on Covid.
"The peer-reviewed NEJM publication of our first set of clinical data in recently infected COVID-19 patients showed that casirivimab and imdevimab effectively reduced viral load and the need for medically-attended visits, with the greatest benefit in patients who had not yet mounted their own effective immune response or had high viral load at baseline," said David Weinreich, M.D., Senior Vice President and Head of Global Clinical Development at Regeneron and lead author of the publication. "The investigational cocktail is now available to indicated high-risk U.S. patients under an Emergency Use Authorization, and we also continue a robust clinical development program."
"Building on these initial findings, we were gratified to recently report follow-on data from the next-stage analysis of this ongoing trial, which prospectively replicated these results in a rigorous and statistically significant manner. These follow-on data provided the first definitive prospective evidence demonstrating anti-viral activity for a treatment regimen now available for COVID-19, and also further documented the ability of this treatment to decrease the need for further medical attention," said George D. Yancopoulos, M.D., Ph.D., President and Chief Scientific Officer at Regeneron. "We are continuing to evaluate our antibody cocktail in this outpatient setting, as well as in late-stage trials in hospitalized patients and for prevention of infection, and will continue to share our findings as quickly as possible."

You can have the SARS2 virus without having Covid 19. It is called an asymptomatic carrier of the virus.
The Pfizer vaccine will NOT stop the virus from spreading and infecting everyone, including those that cannot take the vaccine. All it can accomplish is turn people into asymptomatic carriers of the virus.
Pregnant women, children under 16 and people with serious allergies cannot take the vaccine. That means they will remain at risk of getting sick as the virus freely spreads thoughout the population.
Add to that people who decline the vaccine by choice. The Pfizer vaccine is not a solution at all.
"Pfizer and Moderna claim their COVID vaccines are “more than 90% effective,” but people should know that those claims are based on inadequate testing. “They just used PCR tests, not the gold standard for testing which requires following up those PCR test results with genetic sequencing.”

A Tennessee lawmaker proposed a bill to prohibit authorities from forcing COVID vaccines on anyone against their will. Texas and Florida have said they won’t mandate the vaccines, but New York is flirting with the idea.

The vaccines will prevent people from getting the disease to a certain degree of likelihood; no vaccine is 100% effective.
Your claims are the same type of ignorant anti-vaxxer nonsense you have previously spread here.
@metal-brain saidBill Gates is apparently trying to get us all "vaccinated" for some nefarious reason.

@no1marauder saidYes, the vaccine will prevent most people that take the vaccine from getting Covid 19, but not the virus. The vaccine only turns people into asymptomatic carriers.

I am not an anti-vaxxer and I resent that. The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are new experimental vaccines. They do not even deserve the status of being called a vaccine. They do not prevent viral infection. They only prevent the symptoms.
It isn't nonsense unless you can prove it wrong and you can't. You are the one spreading nonsense. There is no evidence the Pfizer vaccine will EVER result in herd immunity until everyone gets the virus, including those that can't take the vaccine.
You are anti-logic. All you do is assume instead of read.
@no1marauder saidHow many times will you have to take this new and experimental vaccine? I heard people are urging Trump to take the vaccine. He already had SARS2 and Covid 19 and recovered. Why would he need it?

I think you owe it to yourself to do some research into the vaccine before you make rash judgements. Start with the insert. That should not be hard. What does it say about "fertility"?
