In fact...nearly 80% of people over the age of 85 who have contracted COVID have survived.

Considering the seven day average of daily deaths is now considerably higher than it was at the "peak" in April, I suggest all those figures are going to be adjusted upwards when the CDC data catches up (your source is 100,000 deaths behind). https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/us/
