Good point about the elderly.

Edit: I was not saying crimes should go unpunished, just some crimes should get the ultimate end.
Children and the elderly can not really run that fast.

But "the elderly" is a very broad category...and since the only criterion for inclusion is age, it would still include paedophiles, murderers, spousal and child abusers, (former) rapists, as well as ordinary people.

If the act is performed it should be punished by death regardless of the age of the offender.

I hate to say it my friend, but society is pretty messed up today.
Reality television would probably love to have executions. Ratings=$$$

How many criminals are charged that you do not know about?

Putting a list on telly would expose the truth, and when they go underground so should the law.

Perhaps, it is good that there will always be someone to fight for them.
(I mean the above with respect)

But, I doubt the parents of the current little girl think so.
