Can I put my neighbour's tomcat in the bin too? What are they recycled into?

🙂 finally got the joke bit slow today obviously. Might be cheaper to get my gf to cook something (even dogs wouldn't want to eat that)

Surely it must be illegal to own such a dog then? it's strange world we live in when you consider people are dying. I know people also die from drugs but I see that as slightly different to the mauling to death of a 5 year old girl (although there will be the odd drugs story of an equally innocent person I suppose)
it is but its not as if they can go around knocking on everyones doors to see if they own a pit bull or not. was your story from a few weeks ago in n. ireland? it sounded a lot like what happened here.

No a 5 year old was mauled to death yesterday in the uk, and because it was topical it was on the BBC breakfast news programme this morning, so I guess it was recent over here (they had english accents)

a few weeks ago here there was a couple walking their dog with their kid and they where attacked by a pit bull, i think their dog was a labrador, anyway he went for the pit bull and both dogs where killed. can't remember if both dog where shot or just the pit bull but the story does sound a lot like the english one yesterday. the amnesty was brought in a few days later.

This was the latest from the incident,i think dogs like this should not be on the planet, breeding fighting dogs is not needed anymore. And owning one is just a threat to the public full stop.I had a brief encounter with one of these dogs whilst i was walking my own.The dog approched us in a threatening manner.I think we were lucky as my dog had the snip so didnt prove a bigger threat to the bull.It scared the crap out of me at the time.A few days later i seen the same dog "now with owner"hanging from a tree branch which the owner lifted up his dog to purposly to grip on to.🙄 Crazy mad dogs with crazy mad owners what combination for some kiddie or anyone else to be mauled.

Last summer I saw a loose pit bull hanging around the street corner and there were small children playing across the street from our house and riding their bikes down to the corner and back. I was concerned about the dog being a danger and called the police, but was told my city has no dog warden and there was nothing they could do. I told the dispatcher I thought the dog presented a danger to the children. She told me by the time the police got there it would probably be gone, so don’t worry about it. The kid’s mother noticed the dog and called her kids in the house. I saw the dog running loose several times since then. I think it was “wild” and lived in the big woods behind our house. The last time I saw it was about two months ago. Was on the way to work one dark and rainy morning. Turned the corner from our street and was driving about 40 mph when the thing ran out of the woods right in front of my car. It was killed when I hit it.

Good idea, but it needs a catchy title.😀

I now am the record holder for “Largest Roadkill on Clinton Avenue.” Those possums, squirrels & coons don’t even come close.
