Poland and Arles didn't move or build anything along with the realms Rob listed.
Originally posted by AThousandYoungNo, they were there after last turn. I think he had meant to build something better, but when he lost Salluzzo it downgraded his recruitment to what he could afford. He's got the same exact troops in the same exact places as last turn except that he lost Rhaetia and the 3 heavy infantry that were defending it.
I think that Arles added some peasants to his garrison.
It seems who isn't making moves has made a big difference in play balance.

New turns are in. Map is updated. Let me know if I missed anything.
Some interesting developments this turn:
Aquitaine gets hammered
The Teutonic Order proves to be more resilient than anticipated
Venice loses a chunk of land
Denmark is relegated to Sweden
Some things stay the same:
France, the Hafsids, and the Byzantines all do nothing.
Aquitaine loses the bulk of its fleet. This will be a blow. But, half of the English Fleet is at the bottom of the sea. He must have abandoned Trastamara because Castille has it back again.
England finally acts and takes Brittany.
The Danish fleet is destroyed and 1 carrack captured. Denmark is now down to 16 gold in tax.
Venice's AGE is no more.
Originally posted by buffalobillThe AGE basically destroyed the larger Bavarian army in Carinthia leaving it with only 3 archers and 3 siege machines. Considering it had nothing heavier than mercenaries against a force with over 130 more combat strength, I'd say it did as well as could be expected. The battle would have broke any chance of the Bavarians holding any part of the Republic's territory if the Hungarians hadn't treacherously attacked after sending an ambassador swearing they wouldn't. Let all realms know; the Goat Fornicator's word is worth nothing.

UPDATED WAR REPORT
From what I can see:
Venice - Bavaria, Arles, Hungary, Roum
Teutonic Knights - Novgorod, Lithuania, Saxony, Poland (?)
Denmark - Norway, Saxony
Aquitaine - England, Castille, Aragon
Any more?
Morocco took Mousakar from the Hafsids.

Originally posted by AThousandYoungYou are ignorant of the situation. Both Arles and I invaded Lombardy in turn one; he wound up official owner even though I had more combat strength there. After negotiations, he agreed to leave on condition that I pay a small gold payment. Like you, he broke his word. He is in the process of paying for his deceit (my army has defeated his on its own); your time will come as well.

Originally posted by no1marauderI have to say, as an independent observer, that the roles of Venice and Hungary are fascinating me more than any other pair of nations.
