How many pounds can your Military Press and how many times?

http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/DeltoidAnterior/BBMilitaryPress.html

No spotters, or exercise machines. Only Barbell like in the picture.

It took me a while but I can do 85 pounds, 6 times.

It's hard to grab the barbell of the rack with more pounds and get into ready position, but after that it's not so bad.

8 pounds??

I'm multi-talented. My education taught me to use both systems.

rotator cuffs are the most important part..dont hurt them...mine are messed up but for a few combined reasons....cant bench press 60 pounds without feeling it hurt and/or my shoulder blade swing out and grind into my back

How much did you weigh then?

I think it has something to do with weight.

I can bench press my body weight several times easily but military press is something else!

Even squats, I can only do 85 - 20 reps. because I just have those plain workout benches so I have to lift the weights over my head, onto my back and then squat. Should do it with my friend, then he can help me out and put more weight on πŸ™‚

it involves levers, servomotors, a radio controller, an electric fan, a model sailing ship in a trough of water, and a squirrel running laps in a cage.

85 lbs ??? Are you sure you don't mean kilograms? 85 pounds is a light warm-up weight. Unless you're a girl.

That's less than the bar weighs with no weights on it...
