I drive a truck. I try to stay as active as I can since I sit a lot driving doing my job. That's 10 reps at a time and I try to do 3 sets.
I heard of truckers doing that but they got their code names for moves...
Mistress takes a stroll to e5.
Elvis moves to d5 etc...
100 pounds military press 3 times.
Not bad for like 4 weeks, going from 85 and 6 to 100 and 3.
I tried squating with 100 pounds also, 20 times. Pretty hard to get the weights over your head and then on the back of your shoulders and get them back over again once you are done but the squating part is easy.
To bad I don't have an actuall squat rack.
And you know what the best part is?
I didn't drop the weights on myself!! 🙂
Should get someone to help me just incase though huh? To be safe.

How many pounds can your Military Press and how many times?

No spotters, or exercise machines. Only Barbell like in the picture.
It took me a while but I can do 85 pounds, 6 times.
It's hard to grab the barbell of the rack with more pounds and get into ready position, but after that it's not so bad.
Originally posted by RahimKFree weights are great depending on what kind of results you're looking for. If you're looking for a heavy muscled body you need free weights. But you can get a very well toned, flexible, athletic type body,For this i would highly recommend, believe it or not, the Chuck Norris TOTAL GYM. No changing weights,no spotters no wasting time at a gym. So easy to go from one exercise to another. You can make your workout as easy or as difficult as you wish. And you can still get strong as hell.

do you need a spotter? i can bench 40 lbs.
I'm at 115 pounds bench 6 times... That's all the weight I got some i'm trying to get 40 more pounds but in those bigger 10 pound or 25 pound sets.
100 overhead 3 times...Scared of trying more cus I might drop them, same with squats 100 pounds, 20 times.
Doing the exercise is easy, just getting the weight off the rack and in the ready position. Heard of some gross injuries so I don't want to push it to much alone.
