I believe we have lost our way regarding crime and punishment.

The re-institution of some degree of the Lex Talionis or Code of Hammurabi appear to be in order. Because, I think, current global disorder... warrants a radical change.

Criminals and terrorists have been executing people in public for a very long time. No judges. No juries.

No justice!

Whether the etiology lies in psychosis or perverted, deranged ideology matters not. The innocents are still unjustifiably... dead.

Without a doubt...stronger deterrence is necessitated.
