It's against the law to have sex under a certain age in most countries but not against the law to become pregnant.[don't ask!]
Also, most countries have an "age of responsibility" so if the person was under that age they couldn't be breaking the law anyway.
This was all discussed here in the past - the youngest recorded pregnancy was a 5 year old child/mother.
