Well, probably not but you asked if being pregnant at nine is a crime. I feel that if it is biologically possible then actually being pregnant can't be a crime unless nature is to be held accountable.

If we find it unacceptable for nine year old girls to have sex these days and therefore have a law against it then it clearly is a crime. Not sure why you asked the question.

Well, given that frowning upon nine year olds having babies is a relatively modern thing, perhaps we could say that the world is "coming to" where it always has been.

It's against the law to have sex under a certain age in most countries but not against the law to become pregnant.[don't ask!]
Also, most countries have an "age of responsibility" so if the person was under that age they couldn't be breaking the law anyway.

This was all discussed here in the past - the youngest recorded pregnancy was a 5 year old child/mother.

Perhaps it depends on how old the father is. You can't call a 9 year old boy a criminal for knocking up someone his own age.
