I still praise the post in general, but yes, it did overstep the mark.
Is he? I know you are, that's why I'm surprised. How can you praise a post full of xenophobic comments? How can Dr. Strangelove do, too?
It went too far, I don't live for football, it's just fun and pleasure for me. This is just going too far and I'm truly gutted for hearing such comments. I truly am.
But just like the result, let's just forget it.

It's you who doesn't understand the game. BY the way, I have no idea what the Sun said, didn't know the Sun said anything, have not seen the Sun, the "xenophobia" - which I choose to call "biting contempt for a nation's team that shows appalling disrespect for the game by diving, faking fouls, faking injuries, and generally being a bunch of See You Next Tuesdays on the field" - anyway - that "xenophobia" is all mine, thank you.

These type of opinions filled with bitterness and hate are not as harmful as they appear. It's just a game.
PS: I'm done defending the red card in these forums. I have the international press reports after the game for my conscience and all I'm doing is raising more bitterness against my nation. It's not worth it.
Originally posted by PalynkaThe Portuguese team are a bunch of cheats and have conned their way into the semis. If Rooney had been Portuguese he would have fallen down as soon as Carvalho and Petit came near him. He could have rolled around, holding his face and crying for his mum. I'm not discussing football with a xenophobic idiot that obviously doesn't understand the game.
How could Rooney stand on Carvalhos b*lls? He doesn't have any.
Trouble with English players, they are too honest and stay on their feet and don't cheat.
Ronaldo won't come back.
Well Rooney was under alot of pressure to perform and well he just didnt.I dont think hes a disgrace at all i think the red card was a little harsh as he had two players pulling him around and his foot got caught and it looked worse than it was.
I think he is a good player unlike beckham 8 years ago kicking out that was a disgrace but this wasnt rooneys fault at all.
I think ronaldo is a disgrace his own manchester united team mate trying to get him sent off then when he was he was winking.i think ronaldo should have got sent off aswell what a shambles.
Originally posted by PalynkaI must admit to having taken Ronaldo off my Christmas card list but wouldn't wish any harm on him. Just, don't sign for Roma eh?

For those who wish to watch it again, someone just e-mailed me this link: http://www.ihateronaldo.com/
How Ronaldo can say he didn't try to get him sent off is laughable, he better get signed by Real for his sake, don't think he'll be appreciated in any Premiership grounds next year. Looking at it again, and again, I can't see a red card offence anywhere.
ho hum, all's done now, doesn't mean we can't moan about it for the next ten years though!

OK Palynka, I'll tell you what. Sincerely. I apologize for the "all Portuguese men are cowards" comment, and I disavow it. Really. It did go too far, typing the post brought me right back to the moment Rooney was sent off and my emotions got the better of me. So I apologize.
That having been said, your national team is full of cowards who didn ...[text shortened]... failing to mount a single real attack in the hour they were up a man. That I'll stand by.
I'm sorry but I won't comment any more on the game or my team.

in 1966 england won with the referees on his side ... what are you claiming now ? there are a lot of examples of cheatters on the world cups !
