That's just the thing, though, Exy. This game is not typical at all. From the time you joined until February '04, the vast, vast majority of your losses were either instances of being checkmated or of your resigning when in clearly losing positions. I can't find any other games like the one you point out above. But, if the game you point out above is ty ...[text shortened]... , is you getting consistently beaten, and badly, from many players with ratings lower than 1100.

These are games that I would not have resigned after I susbcribed. I admit I did get thrashed badly by the likes of Timmy Toilet when I first started - but as I said when Ondier accused me at the time, my attitude towards chess and the site changed very much on the decision I made to subscribe and take it seriously.
You can say it's suspicious that I lost some pretty bad games before I subscribed and I agree that it was. But what you can't prove is that since I subscribed that I have been using an engine 100% to make my moves, because anaylsis of my many, many, games since then, including the losses and draws, does not show evidence of engine use as so many people who have analysed my games have stated.
So, what are we saying, that if you're an inconsistent player, who doesn't take each game 100% seriously or has an evening of drunken play that you're going to be suspected of cheating when you do play well?

Listen, I'd just like to say that I'm not going to be staying here indefinitely to defend myself. I've already moved on and nothing could be changed to persuade me to come back even if Russ would have me.
I just wanted one chance to put my side of the story across. I have read with interest the posts here and I would encourage everyone who has played me over the years and analysed any of my games to press the Game Mods to show them hard proof that I cheated, not just circumstancial evidence.

I have never been one of the "best players" on the site, my rise and improvement is far less impressive, than let's say for argument's sake No1maruader or Gatecrasher, who attained and sustained 2100 and hold a constant position in the top 40.
Citing my early silly games before I subscribed is not "varied and conclusive" evidence that I'm an engine cheat. If that's what the Game Mod's methods are then I think RHP is in trouble.
