Our Great Lake (Erie) went from 1% ice covered to 60% in just 6 days. Now it’s 100%, first time since 2011.
Wow less than a week, is it now safe to walk or skate on? First time in 15 years got to tell everyone something is happening.

Where I am it’s rained for forty days and forty nights.

There shall cometh times when the rain will fall without ceasing.
And the people shalt call out to the Sun, “wherefore art thou oh bringer of ye scorch?”
But the Sun had closed its ears to their pleas for it was displeased with their lack of appreciation.
And the Sun said unto the Moon “I shall withhold my love ...[text shortened]...
But the sun was merciful, and there was spring and summer another year.

@diver,
I don't know why someone would thumb a post down that appears to be out of the bible. Perhaps anthesis? 😉

I don't know the bible as well as many people do. I still would never thumb a post down from it that is just childish far as I am concerned, who ever you may be.

@ Torunn,

Good for you!!!

Yes, I went back and gave it a thumbs up also. We can all have different points of view when it comes to religion, but no need to put others down for it.

EDIT: Canada is frequently cited as one of the most multicultural countries in the world, renowned for its policies promoting diversity and high rates of immigration, with over 20% of its population born abroad. Toronto is often highlighted as the most multicultural city globally, with over half of its residents born outside of Canada.

I Know nothing to do with climate but we have to accept the world is becoming a multicultural place in this Century, more than at any other time.

True, and we have to accept change in all areas - the ability to change is crucial. Species disappear, new ones appear. Nature finds a way.

Yes, and we will all pass on someday it isn't a matter of 'if, it is 'when'. I am just happy to wake each day. 😉

Anthesis - The precise, often rapid, developmental stage when a flower fully opens and becomes functional, allowing for pollination and fertilization.

Whatever you do, if you have problems with your rose bush, don't consult an atheist.

@Ghost,
Always a spelling cop around when you don't need one offering unsolicited correction on Spelling. 😛

Mixing up atheists with anthesis is a bit more than a grammar mistake my old foe.

(I see you edited out grammar and replaced it with spelling).
