That book doesn't seem available but instead I will read 'Lucky Us' by the same author. Thank you.

I have read now three of her short Story collections and found them to be of consistent high Quality 🙂

Now I read Bodo Kirchhoff: Parlando

A rather strange book in the stream of consciousness stlye. The Story is woven around a very unhealthy relationship of a man to his father and the fathers Lovers over the time...

I have borrowed two books from a friend, both by the writer Carlos Ruiz Zafón: The Angel's Game and The Prisoner of Heaven - something to look forward to.

I've just finished reading 'American Gods' by Neil Gaiman

I wanted to read it before watching the TV series.

Next I will be reading 'Ayoade on Ayoade' by Richard Ayoade - I find his comedy to be superb, so hoping the book follows suit.

I bet the place had a distinct smell back in 1835, I bet the whole town stunk of whiskey distillates.

It most certainly didn't. It might have smelt of whisky distilleries, though.

Re-reading The View from the Mirror Tetralogie by Ian Irvine.

Still a good read. Now in volume 3 (Dark is the Moon)
