just admit it, cats are the superior species.
Cats can out run dogs? I would guess that a good hound can catch a cat. There are reasons why Walkers are banned in some states. One reason is that a Walker can catch a whitetailed deer. P.S. Some states do not allow a Walker American Foxhound to be used as a hunting dog.

VR and the way I see it. 😛
Some dog breeds are used for the purpose of killing rats. Most if not all species of snakes and birds of prey will prey on rats. Animals do not survive by their intelligence.

depends on the kind of cat you are talking about...a dog can outrun a domesticated cat, but a cheetah can outrun a dog and just about anything else.

A Walker American Foxhound could catch a cheetah byway of his ability to sustain the chase for many hours. A cheetah may as well save his energy for fighting the dog. There is a reason why sprinters do not compete in distance races. Dogs are the marathon champions of the land animals.

I disagree. Take humans for example.
Or most apes, using sticks to eat ants. Ofcourse instinct plays a big role in animal survival, but with the more intelligent animals I'd say thier intelligence also helps.

No, humans are the marathon champions of the land animals.

Modern humans and their immediate ancestors such as Homo erectus sport several adaptations that make humans, instead of some ferocious, furry, or fleet creature, the animal world’s best distance runners.

dogs are more smarter than cats, at least the way we measure smartness, and crows are smarter than both
