@rajk999 saidYou are not rejecting me here. You are also by your reasoning missing what God wants for us all. If you don’t have God’s Spirit you don’t have God in your life. I can produce everything I have said in scriptures, when I have the opportunity today I will give you several examples of each point. I suggest you look up Romans 8:14 for starters.
So NOWHERE did Jesus say
1. if you accept me, you will be led by the Spirit of God
2. and you will live out your life doing good works.
Nowhere.
Jesus said #1.
You claim about #2 cannot be found in the Bible.
@kellyjay saidIm waiting. You are notorious for going into 'sonship' mode when challenged. You post voluminous irrelevant writings.

The issue is that Jesus never said that all who have the Holy Spirit WILL live out their life doing good works.
Please just one reference is fine.
@rajk999 saidAs you wish

@kellyjay saidThere is none. There is no guarantee that born again Christians with the Holy Spirit or Gods Spirit who are called Christian Saints, will continue on their lives with good works and righteousness. If that were the case then there is no free will., neither would there be a need for Paul and all the Apostles to constantly warn Christian Saints with the Holy Spirit to ensure that they continue with good works and righteousness otherwise there is no inheritance in Kingdom of God.
As you wish
@rajk999 saidI agree

Quote where Jesus said .. people .. will be led by the Spirit of God, or have the Holy Spirit, and they will live out their lives doing good works, if they accept Jesus
His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence, by which he has granted to us his precious and very great promises, so that through them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire. For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness, and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love. For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they keep you from being ineffective or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. For whoever lacks these qualities is so nearsighted that he is blind, having forgotten that he was cleansed from his former sins. Therefore, brothers, be all the more diligent to confirm your calling and election, for if you practice these qualities you will never fall. For in this way there will be richly provided for you an entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
We need Jesus' divine power, the Spirit of God, we need to abide in Him! Salvation is not something we can earn it is a gift of God and as we abide and obey Him we are partakers of His divine nature. His divine nature not our fleshly one, it is no different here than when Jesus said He is the vine and we are His branches, we need Him for our lives, without Him we can do nothing! I have continued to say it is by Christ we are saved not by our works, but we do have our obligations if we are to call Him Lord we need to obey Him, if we are not abiding in Him, if we are not drawing closer to the Lord we will be unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. The is so important, we need Christ, the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ is given to us by God. We cannot come up with this on our own.
@kellyjay saidPeter is being very clear here that a believer in Jesus must do good works and that it's not enough to simply "call Him Lord" [i.e. believe]. So why are you quoting Peter?
2 Peter

@kellyjay saidIs that how to quote a passage from the bible?
