I watched until he says (paraphrasing): "we're gonna look at evolution, beginning with the creation of the universe".

{sigh}

Give me some real meat to chew on, will you? The only challenge in this one, was enduring the close-ups of his face.

I don't know how I missed this response of yours, but you're wrong, as usual.

First of all, a new gene is new genetic information. In this case, it also happens to be
added information through a series of mutations, one of which is gene duplication:

The Cit+ trait originated in one clade by a tandem duplication that captured an aerobically-expressed promoter for the expression of a previously silent citrate transporter.
From: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3461117/

That's new genetic information added to the DNA, observed by scientists.

bumped so you can't miss it

The information was USED, NOT NEW. Mutations are mistakes that destroys information or duplicates some information that provides no benefit.

What the hell are you talking about? A gene was duplicated (an addition to the DNA as a
whole) and altered to serve a new purpose (new information). This equals a new gene;
new information added to the original DNA, from at least fifteen thousand
generations earlier.

Not so. Can't happen naturally.

But it did!!! Under scientific observation. Deal with it.

I didn't see it. No creationists scientist has verified it. Evolutionists have put forth too many proven frauds for me to just believe them at face value.

Yes, it is clear you did not want to learn anything about why evolution is so stupid.

In another thread, and now here too. I have no problem with most parts of evolution. Say, the formation of continents, and land topography via glaciers and other sources. I have no problem with evolution of animals and plants. But at some point, God stepped in, and created mankind.

Isn't that like a frightened ostrich shoving its head in the ground, so as not to see something ?

I sit through hours of "sigh" worthy brow beatings from defenders of Evolution. And you couldn't get pass the first few moments of the video ?

That's ostrich mode.

Evolutionists claim evolution does not bring about plants and animals. They claim evolution does not deal with the beginning of life on earth.

That is abiogenesis (a new name for spontaneous generation).

Well, if I'm like an ostrich, then the ostrich must not bury his head out of fright, but because
he can smell BS coming. Any criticism against evolution that begins with how the universe
or life itself started is a waste of my time.
