Actually all humans in reality would never have the ability to understand without God lettting them see.
To see that this is indeed fact, even some of the writers of the Bible did not understand what they wrote "but that was not from a bad heart condition" but it was not God's "time or intention" that they knew at that time.
So God diffenently has that ability to block whoever he wants and for whatever reason not to see what is being said in his book to humans.
Sure many know the elemental things of the Bible but most will never know the deeper things....
