Anybody want to hear the good news?
Good news folks. We are not here by accident or happenstance. We are here because of the eternal purpose of God. This is good news in a modern. despairing, chaotic, nihilistic, relativistic culture that is disintegrating.
Dying liars may say there is no purpose to human life. But the Bible says that God created all things for His will.
You are worthy our Lord and God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power for You have created all things, and because of Your will they were, and were created. (Rev. 4:11)
When God fully accomplishes He eternal purpose He will wipe away the tears from every eye made sorrowful by the rebellion against His will led by those creatures who wanted nothing to do with God.
And He [God] will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death will be no more, nor will there be sorrow or crying or pain anymore; for the former things have passed away." (Rev. 21:4)
This is Good News. To read Revelation 21 and 22 aloud several mornings every morning will set your spirit on fire with faith.
If you announce the Gospel you have beautiful feet. Look at your feet !!
Just look at those feet. Beautiful Gospel feet if you announce the good news.
"How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!" (Romans 10:14-15)
Is there a more noble endevour ? To speak forth God, to speak of God, to Speak God into people for the Gospel.
how beautiful the feet and the finger tips of those who announce the Good News of the God-man - Christ, the Savior - victorious over sin and death.
@sonship saidThe 'good news' is that life is incredibly rare and unlikely in the vastness of the universe, and that despite these impossible odds here we all are.

Cherish every moment.
So then, God created all things for His will. And in the fulfillment of that will He will wipe away every tear from our eyes. For the opposition to His will has brought much misery and tears and death. But these are temporary.
For the eternal purpose of God the Creator is to have sons and daughters who share His divine nature, divine holiness, and divine glory - the communicable attributes of God expressed in human virtues.
He made the universe for having sons of God - (sons means same life not males)
" ... He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world to be holy and without blemish before Him in love."
For God to choose "before the foundation of the world" means before the creation of the universe. This strongly implies that He had a plan, and then based on that plan He created the universe. He had a heart's desire to obtain something. And based upon this desire He then laid the foundation of the world.
" Even as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world to be holy and without blemish before Him in love.
Predestinating us unto sonship through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will." (Eph. 1:4,5)
God has an eternal purpose for the sake of which He laid the foundation of the world and created the universe - it was to have sons. To have His holy nature flow into His creatures as they are brought into the realm of His Son Jesus Christ.
God marked out a destiny for all those whom He can place in the realm and sphere of Jesus Christ. That is to be made holy, and without blemish, without any foreign element such as came from His enemy. That is to be God dispensed into man for the mass production of sons for His creation.
This is good news.
Cherish every moment.
But why not we cherish every moment forever and ever ?
"The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." (Rom. 6:23)
Why not receive the Lord Jesus for a new beginning and cherish life in Him - deeper and deeper unto eternity? That is God's will.
@sonship saidYour good news bears no resemblance to the good news of the Kingdom of God preached by Jesus himself. Here is the gospel of Christ:

Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. (Matthew 5:3-12 KJV)
Yours is bad news because you are drawing people away from the truth.

Now, this sounds good.
It is the true good news of the Kingdon of God.
It must sound good to the ears of those who know good from evil.
It will not sound good to those who are mouth worshipers.
Some Christians here fall in that category and will protest against it
@sonship saidLife is fleeting.

Even more reason to cherish the short time we have.

Can't do it without Jesus.
Only the fool hearty boast - "Leave it to me boy! I'll live this way." --- NOT
Ie. "Sure, I ' turn the other cheek.' That is while I am kneeing the other guy violently in the groin !"
You therefore shall be perfect even as your heavenly Father is perfect. (Matt. 5:48)
Rajk999 is an exception. He can be perfect even as the heavenly Father is perfect as is demonstrated here for some years.
The good news is the He is availiable.
