@fmf saidThat's right: in a forum where 15% of the posts are yours at any given time and you constantly court trouble with the 3-5 Christians there, I am stocking you by interactign with you.
This is one of your stalking-type posts. How ironic it is that you've just deflected one of my posts by saying "This isn't actually content". And then you type all this stuff?
@philokalia saidWhen you just want to prattle on about forum standards, and about my posting style ~ those kinds of dreary posts by you ~ yes it feels like you are stalking me.

If your heart was with Christ you would be sure that all of Christ disciples and followers are indeed sons of God. They live by the teachings of Christ and they will see God at the appointed time.
I care. So I speak about faith in Christ all the way.
For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus (Gal. 3:26)
How are they all sons of God ?
Is "[NOT] by faith in Christ Jesus" is that your answer ?
The truth is that after years watching your flounder in a sea of false doctrine and misinterpretations of the teachings of Christ and the Apostles, it is clear that you cannot bring yourself to repeat what Jesus stated.
"You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus"
Are they sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus?
Jesus is here in Matt 5, 6 and 7 telling people how they should live in order to enter the Kingdom of God.
That's right. And " ... you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus" (Gal 3:26)
I have never floundered from this. Nor have I floundered from this -
"For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God." (Rom. 8:14)
Faith in Christ Jesus -----> sons of God.
Led by the Spirit of God -----> sons of God.
You deny this by your claim that Jesus is simple speaking of how He lived.
I don't think so. Unlike you, Jesus did speak of His experience.
You know you're so defeated that you dare not speak of yours.
Jesus is telling people how to live and be good and righteous.
Go doesn't care about what you do as much as Who you depend on. He wants man to be dependent upon Him and not independent.
You are telling people that they cannot do it, neither should they try to do it.
I'm telling people what the New Testament - "But as many as received Him to them He gave the authority to become children of God, to those who believe into His name,
Who were BEGOTTEN not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God." (John 1:12,13)
They were BEGOTTEN children of God - BORN of God.
They learn to mature by being led by the Spirit of God.
And they live a life of FAITH all the way ... ALL THE WAY.
"But you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus" (Gal. 3:26)
They are entirely dependent upon God the Father, the Begetter, the Leader, the Author and Finisher of their faith.
Your doctrine is Satanic and contrary to Jesus.
I have provided three passages - Gal. 3:26; Rom 8:14; and John 1:12,13.
Which one is Satanic ?
@sonship saidThe references are not Satanic. Your bogus church interpretation is.

How are they ...[text shortened]... e provided three passages - Gal. 3:26; Rom 8:14; and John 1:12,13.

The brethren of Christ are the sons of God. Jesus said it is those who follow His commandments are his brethren. The sons of God are the peacemakers, the pure in heart, the Good Samaritans, the sheep who hears His voice, the ones who keep his word, the ones who feed, clothe and help his brethren. Those who profess faith without doing these things Jesus commanded are children of the Devil.
Your passages Gal. 3:26; Rom 8:14; and John 1:12,13. that speaks of faith and belief are misleading when cherry picked. Satan and his followers also believe in God and know of Christ. So you are in good company. Keep it up.
The references are not Satanic.
Then what they teach is of God. I mostly just QUOTED them.
Your bogus church interpretation is.
I just QUOTED them. And you can find no error in them.
Galatians 3:27 - "For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus."
John 1:12,13 - " But as many as received Him, to them He gave the authority to become children of God, to those who believe into His name, Who were begotten not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God."
Romans 8:14 - "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God."
I did not much interpreting. I simply QUOTED. And you cannot deny that these are the word of God. And you admit not one of them is "Satanic".
The brethren of Christ are the sons of God.
Nothing in the three verses sited contradicts that the brethren of Christ are sons of God.
Jesus said it is those who follow His commandments are his brethren.
Nothing in Galatians 3:26, John 1:12,13, or Romans 8:14 denies this OR encourages not following the commands of the indwelling Christ.
The sons of God are the peacemakers, the pure in heart, the Good Samaritans, the sheep who hears His voice, the ones who keep his word, the ones who feed, clothe and help his brethren. Those who profess faith without doing these things Jesus commanded are children of the Devil.
Either "you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus" is the truth or is not.
Faith in Christ Jesus causes a man or women to become one of the children of God - one of the sons of God. Sons of course are expected to MATURE. Maturity is the continuation of what has been initiated - to be BEGOTTEN as a son - to be BORN as a son.
You become a human when BORN.
You mature , develop, grow once the birth as taken place.
Sorry - "you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus."
Your passages Gal. 3:26; Rom 8:14; and John 1:12,13.
They are no MY passages in that sense. They are the New Testament's passages. I am just quoting them.
You can neither deny that they are the New Testament passages. Nor can you blame them on any fellowship I attend or on me.
And they are not Satanic.
that speaks of faith and belief are misleading when cherry picked. Satan and his followers also believe in God and know of Christ. So you are in good company. Keep it up.
Selecting verses cannot be ignored by saying that they were "cherry picked."
Why shouldn't we PICK them. They refer to sons of God and [b]"children of God"{/b]. And there are many more verses.
Other verses do not make these false. They compliment the truth of these verses.
@sonship saidYou are ignoring the rest of the teachings of the Apostles, hence an interpretation. Can you quote where Jesus said that faith in him makes people sons of God? There is no such passage. All of Jesus's references to sons of God are about good works and righteousness.
@Rajk999The references are not Satanic.

James has the answer for you.
Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? (James 2:17-20 KJV)
The devils also believe in God, and that is also faith. Faith simply means that you believe that something exists or that something is the truth. Faith alone is nothing. Faith alone James warns is dead.
So if someones faith is not backed up by good works it is worthless. Yes you might be a son of God through faith, but you are going to be a DEAD SON OF GOD, just like the devils and Satan, if it is not supported by good works..
You are ignoring the rest of the teachings of the Apostles
No I am not, not at all.
Even James teaches that the members of the family of God were brought forth by an "organic" birth. That is related to God imparting His life into people.
James 1:18 - "He BROUGHT US FORTH by the word of truth, purposing that we might be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures."
None of the passages I refer to teach disobedience to God as to His commands and His indwelling This is the false alarm you continually seek to establish.
Nothing I teach about being born of God is a teaching or encouragement for believers not to grow to live the highest level of morality as this life will develop in us who are born of God to be His children.
@sonship saidWell good for you. God will throw your organic butt into the lake of fire along with Satan and his demons for teaching people not to do good works.
