@ghost-of-a-duke saidMy kids have energy, seriously what is gravity, and since you brought it up can you explain what energy is too?
Energy.
@kellyjay saidPerhaps I can just send you a science book?

@ghost-of-a-duke saidWouldn't it be much easier to answer the questions? If it is such a simple thing, after all, everyone here is acting as if everyone knows but me, so please enlighten me on what gravity is, and now that you brought up energy what is energy? We know what effects these have but what are they? We study these things and make laws about how things are affected by them, these are words much like life and time, we all know what they are, but find it very difficult to define them if we even can. So please, enlighten me!
Perhaps I can just send you a science book?
Are these definitions part of your scientific certainties?
@kellyjay saidYou have too many questions and gaps in your knowledge, when it comes to some pretty basic science. It would be much easier if you would do some serious reading on the subject and then come back to us.

@ghost-of-a-duke saidYou opened your mouth and spouted off about knowledge you don't have, and now you are afraid to try and prove otherwise, because as you tried to tell us what it is, you failed, you have no clue, and no one knows. Trying now would make you appear foolish, but you are not alone here, none of these others here can tell us what it is, only what it does.

It is much easier to claim I need to read instead of admitting you don't know, now that you have thought about it. It isn't serious reading on my part here that is the issue, pride stops everyone here from attempting to tell us what it is, they don't know, but as common here it is easier to belittle me suggesting I need to read more than admit they are wrong. We can talk about what it does, there are laws of motion we have now due to observation and study, but they don't tell us what it is.
A simple explanation doesn't require anything from me, only from you.
@ghost-of-a-duke saidCan I get one too? Latest edition, please.
Perhaps I can just send you a science book?
@pettytalk saidI'll send you a book on anti-gravity sir, but you'll find it hard to put down.
Can I get one too? Latest edition, please.
-Removed-Are you as well read on donkeys as on science?
Using your own words, can you explain, in details, the Schrödinger equation? And if you can, which I willfully doubt, also show a practical application of the observer principle in relation to a tooth fairy.
There should be no willful excuse from you to honor us with a display of knowledge.
@ghost-of-a-duke saidYou, sir, can ride me all you care to....you show elegant flair with the use of words, and humor to boot.

@pettytalk saidTo clarify, are you Balaam’s Donkey or one from the Margate derby?

@ghost-of-a-duke saidI have a feeling we have discussed donkeys before.
To clarify, are you Balaam’s Donkey or one from the Margate derby?
Actually I was Jesus' donkey which he rode into glory. He was crucified shortly after that ride. It's no wonder that on his comeback as a warrior he will be riding a horse, a white one. By this, I take it Jesus must have read Plato's Phaedrus only after riding on the donkey.
