Oh so this is your cover up now saying that you didn't include him. But that is the trade we were talking about and you were the one who said that by my logic the Grizzlies should trade the their decent players for nothing. So what other decent players did they trade for nothing?
By your "logic", since the Grizzlies "can't get any worse" they might as well give up all their decent players for nothing.
That, my boy, is referring to the "decent players" still on the team (remember Gasol, the All-Star, isn't on the team anymore).
Do you understand now?

If you can't think of one, then the only person you were referring to in that last sentence was Gasol. And therefore once again you look stupid for trying to cover your statement up by saying you were not including him in that list. It's kind of like when you lie to your parents and your parents know you are lying and ask if you are lying, any normal child would say no and try to cover it up. That's basically the same thing you did with that statement, but it's ok I understand your just RELIVING YOUR CHILDHOOD.
Yes, it is; maybe it's not in your kiddie dictionary:

Originally posted by no1marauderWe shall see who will be right about everything by the end of next season. I've already been right about the Lakers winning the west, I more than likely will be right about Kobe winning the MVP, I may be right about the Lakers winning the championship, and the last thing is I have a good shot at being right about Memphis being a much better team next year.

Originally posted by no1marauderOh and in 28 games with Memphis playing only 18.1 MPG(minutes per game for your tiny brain) Crittenton is averaging 7.4 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.2 assists, and .4 steals per game. I consider that better than Conley's 52 games playing 26.1 minutes per game, 9.3 points, 2.6 rebounds, 4.2 assists, and .8 steals per game. So I think Crittenton is the better prospect.

Originally posted by no1marauderHow many double and triple teams does Rudy Gay face every night? How man does Kobe face, usually anytime he has the ball. So I don't understand why you are so big on field goal percentage. It is unfair to compare one guy has a higher percentage to another who IS A PROVEN GREAT when he doesn't face as many, if any double and triple teams.

Here marauder, I will try to sum up the Pau deal for you:
1. Memphis got Kwame's expiring contract for Pau's huge contract that is good for three more years, which means that Memphis is going to be out of the luxury tax for a while and they will be able to fish the free agent market.
2. The rights to Marc Gasol, a quote unquote tougher and meaner Pau Gasol.
3. Crit, a potential all-star. You wouldn't know if you haven't seen him play.
4. Draft picks.
Basically, the ramifications of this deal won't be determined for years from now. But Memphis has all the tools necessary to rebuild their team, how they use those tools is up to them. As for the Lakers, they have been rebuilding for the last few years and now the young guys are finally producing, so it was well worth the risk to be in the luxury tax with Pau and go for the championship.
It was basically a win-win situation for both clubs. I would be lying if I said that the Lakers didn't give up "nothing" because Kwame has been a big nothing for years, but I would also be lying if I said that Memphis got "nothing" in return.

Originally posted by JohnLennonForeverDon't you know anything? The ballots for MVP have already been handed in PRIOR to the playoffs. You're lucky they were; Chris Paul's astonishing performance against the Mavs would have sewn it up for him.
