I said it helped change, I didn't say they were the ONLY reasons. And besides the Grizzlies can't certainly get ANY WORSE so the only way for them to go is UP and that would be a change in the organization.
Originally posted by no1marauderAnd besides just because a player is good, or decent or an ALL-STAR does not mean they will fit into your organization. I think Gasol proved that he couldn't carry a team by himself and therefore was time for him and the organization to part ways. I also seem to recall that a CERTAIN GREAT PLAYER BY THE NAME OF MICHEAL JORDAN didn't do extremely great with the Wizards. So like I said not every GREAT player will fit with every system.

And first off let's get this straight, I NEVER said the Grizzlies would be a better team. I said they have the key elements to build a good if not great team. 2 FIRST ROUND draft picks is quite a bit to give up, regardless of where in the order they come. Do I think Memphis was stupid for getting rid of Gasol, yes and no but I think they at least g ...[text shortened]... rizzlies will get as good of players as any of these, NO. I said they have the possibility too.
You can build an entire team around all of that.
That is ridiculous. I said they got virtually nothing. To be more precise, compared to an All-Star big man, a so-so back up guard, a complete bust (Kwame Brown) and two late first round drafts choices two years apart is pathetically inadequate compensation. They are very likely to wind up with nothing of value in that package.
Originally posted by no1marauderOh and how can you call Gasol an All-Star in one sentence, but then in the next say that he is JUST decent and that the Grizzlies can get 2 decent players for one guy who is just decent but also an All-Star? DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE TO YOU, cause I think this just proved HOW INTELLIGENT YOU REALLY ARE.

Originally posted by no1marauderAnd as I said before, Pau did not fit in with Memphis. They weren't doing any better with him so it was time for both him and the organization to part ways.

How old are you BTW?

Why does it matter, your the one who just looked like a fool by calling me illiterate when really you WEREN'T PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU WROTE.
So keep SHOUTING BY USING CAPS all you want, but you haven't made a logical point for many pages.
Originally posted by no1marauderOh so this is your cover up now saying that you didn't include him. But that is the trade we were talking about and you were the one who said that by my logic the Grizzlies should trade the their decent players for nothing. So what other decent players did they trade for nothing?
